Shipping Policy
We currently ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $65. For orders under $65, a flat shipping fee of $8 applies.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What do I do if my shipment is missing or damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@balaful.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, tracking information and a photo of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable). We'll take care of it right away with a replacement or refund.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love Balaful. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to the original payment method within a set number of business days.

Note: due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
